Update Crashes site

Hi guys,

Been having real issues with the Betheme. When I use the blue update button after making changes, quite often the site will freeze then crash – leaving the site unaccessible for 20 minutes on any browser.

I have ask my hosting team to check and they see no hosting error.

No idea whats causing it. Definitely seems to be worse in Chrome, I managed to get it working a little in Safari – however the error is worrying.

Any ideas? thanks

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

After I do this can I activate the plugins again?

Yes, but check if it gonna work fine.

If so, you will have to turn one by one, to check which is the source of the problem and get rid of him.

Jetpack was the plugin causing the crash.
