Post not using HTML

Hi guys,

I've been trying to sort this one for days, I've created a page to display posts based on catagory and these displayed in the correct places but with no formatting from HTML. I have now stripped the page down to no template and only display 1 post using the code <p>12:23<br />TEST 2</p> but what is displayed on the page is 12:23TEST 2.

The URL is http://www.r2testsite.co.uk/r2new/status/ and inspect doesn't show any HTML tags so I can't work out why this isn't formatting correctly.

Any help would be great.
