Whole page built smashed

Hi,

i was working on my new page for at least 12 hours and now i logged in and the whole settings in the page builder crashed. now all wraps, sections are within somewhere else... the last stored datas are from yesterday morning, by then i did not do my whole work...

how can I rescue this?!!? and: how can this happen !!!!

this whole thing happend, when I moved one item, so no updates, new plugins or anything else.

I am using WP version 5.4.1.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

So, you should contact your hosting provider to get resolved that issue - your hosting settings are fine but the Muffin Builder does not have any functionality to remove the content/page/theme options by itself - maybe you have some server cache enabled or it restored backuped from yesterday.

Also, do you use some third-party plugins?

the backup from yesterday is not helpful, since i did all the work during the day, within last 24 hours.

of course i can set everything like it was, but i am afraid, that this will happen again, so I would love to find out the reason.

You have a lot of third party plugins which could be the source of that problem.

All that we can suggest is to decrease amount of them to the most important ones and to make a backup after the work is done.
