Deregister/Register theme

hello, my client installed on his site betheme with a license purchased by his old webmaster. My client has regularly purchased a new license, but when I unregister the old license I get this error:

Referer domain is different than registered domain

How can I dereegister betheme to add new license?

I've already checked my purchase code using the client's purchase code and client's usernamen but I received this response:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

How can i change purchase code in betheme admin panel?

But now I can't update layerslider and wpbakery page builder. why?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, what error it refuse? Can you send me a link to the screenshot of it?

I do it and I receive the same message:

License activation is required to receive updates. Please read our online documentation to learn more.

Are you doing it through the BeTheme > Install Plugins? - This is the only proper way.

Yes, but to upate I had to manually delete the old versions and then install the new versions
