Unable to deregister theme + can't access licensing tool

I have two purchase licenses for betheme purchased from the envato store for two different domains (one for staging environment and one for production). While migrating from staging to production, the same api key was copied from staging to production and then I was trying to deregister the theme but got the error "Referer domain is different than registered domain". Then when I try to use the licensing tool available on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ using the purchase code i received and my username, I get the following error: {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}. Please assist with this issue.

Are you still not able to deregister the website?

Please be sure(in api tool), that you provided correct username there and you are not having any blank spaces.

Still not able to deregister the theme. I copied the purchase code from the text file downloaded from envato studio downloads and double checked my username but still unable to check licenses on the api tool.

In this case, I suggest to reinstall the BeTheme - just switch the theme to default and remove through the ftp whole theme folder with BeTheme and upload a new one.

Do not be worry about the content and theme settings, they are stored in the database, so they are safe.

But If you want, you can create a backup with this plugin before doing that:
