LayerSlider WP appears after update agrey screen

Hi Betheme team,

many thanks for your attention, 
After many update in website (it don't have to be in the layerslider wp) the slider becomes grey, I have to desactive and delete the plugin, install again the plugin of LayerSlider WP and it works again.
That's a big problem, because I'm doing this everytime that I have to do an update to the website.

Do you know any reason for that? 
The betheme and LayerSlider WP have the latest version.

    Hello,
    Are you using any third-party plugins on your website?
    What you tell, looks like the problem related to the conflict of the plugins or caching issue.
    Check, if you don't have any cache software installed on your hosting too.

    many thanks,
    there is no caching pluggins but I will desactivate plugin by plugin to try to discover which one is producing the error.
