Header Builder doesn´t work after installation

  Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
  1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
  2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
  3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
  Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
  
  Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

  Third additional question: 
  
  I activated your theme for apps and only changed a few colors and the name of a button. When I want to see the website, I get this error message. Why? I didn´t change any kind of configuration for the theme or for the BeTheme installation.

  1) So, please disable all of the plugins, enable only the Muffin Header Builder and check if it works.

  
  

  2) Purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are
  bundled into the theme. It’s because of Themeforest license &
  agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no
  need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without
  it.
  
  Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled
  plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these
  plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately.
  This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.
  More information about the bundled plugins, you will find here.
  

  
  

  3) Do you have the Layer Slider enabled? Please disable it and then check if your RevSlider is working.

  Re 1) I disabled all of the plugins. Still an empty page when I click on the Muffin Header Builder

  
  

  Re 2) It says, that the slider revolution needs an upgrade? As this piece of software is getting heavily attacked by hackers, I always should have the latest version installed. Therefore, I need to buy the slider revolution. Which of your pre-build examples for apps is not using the slider revolution?

  
  

  Re 3) I disabled the Layer Slider. Still get the same error message if I open the website turlina.de

  Hello,

  We investigated the problem and we think, that the problem is related to the hosting provider itself.

  After trying to get into the RevSlider, it refuses the problems too.

  We changed the theme to twentytwenty and problem is the same.

  Please contact the hosting provider and ask them about some logs, they should solve the problem after looking at them.
