hi word press says iam usings older version php 7.2.30 http://prntscr.com/sfz4xy

can i update to 7.3 ? does it support my theme and plugins http://prntscr.com/sfz6cw and also can i update the be theme to latest 21.7 ?

Feel free to update your php version to latest version as it's possible.

It is even better if your theme, plugins and php will be up to date.
