Licenses deregister

Hi guys,

great work with the theme.

i had my license on my staging domain, and now i want to change it to production. As i erased the staging site i cant deregister.

I trued to use you site do deregister, but it says my email doesnt match with the serial.

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.

    You have to provide the username from themeforest, not email.

  • Same issue here - I moved my site to a different host - the domain is the same. Of course I did not deregister at the old host and it's now gone. I tried to use license tool at http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ but all I get is the following error message - "{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}" I'm definitely using the correct Themeforest username and purchase code. If I deregister now will I be able to re-register? How will I find my license if I can't sign in to the license tool?
  • Please read what the error message says, it means that your license key is ready to use on any domain.
    Just register it on your hosting with betheme installed.

  • Also, in the beTheme Dashboard, it does say "Theme is Registered" and shows the beginning of the key. But when I try to update, I get the following error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." This made me think that I needed to unregister and then register again. Which I would try right now if I knew what the license key was.
  • Please deregister it through the dashboard, and then check through the api tool, if your license key is not registered anywhere.

    If it's not registered, just register it on your dashboard and try to update like 3-4 times.

  • I'm not able to deregister from the dashboard… error message is "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us…" Is there any way for me to check my license to see what domain is registered? I just acquired this client and website so I don't know what the previous web guy had going on with this.
  • Then, you have to go to the api tool (http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/) and deregister it here.
    After that, you should be able to register it on your dashboard.

    If that "Refere domain" error will still appear, please send this information privately thru the contact form which is on
    the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and
    we will check what might be the reason.

    we did nto recieve any information from the email support team. Please make sure, you deregister all of your license keys and the register it again. There must be an issue where the key was registered at 2 places.

  • I've tried multiple times, and again just now, to deregister the theme. I always get the same error "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:
    https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup" When I go to the api tool, I always get the same error - "{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}" Can you please take a look? I just want to get this theme updated. I will send you an admin login privately
  • Please do what the error message says and wait for the reply.
    Please explain your issue in the message and attach your license keys with domains (which they should be linked).

    Remember, to send the message from account that you purchased the licensed keys.
