Check for license

Hi,

I am a web designer and recently took on a client with the BeTheme theme.

The version of BeTheme is only v13. I want to check if the website has a registered license code. Is this possible somehow?

I also want to know if there will be any issues updating such an old version of the theme. You would do so via overwriting the theme files via ftp right?

Hello,

Please update your theme to the latest version, this one you are using is very old and it could not work proper.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Thank you. So there is no way to check if the theme is the current website has a valid license?

You can check, on which website selected license key is used on api tool.
