VC Update Crashed Website - Now Website Down

Hi

I have updated the VC and it crashed website.

Deactivated and then reactivated plugins with no success.

Also tried deactivating and reactivating WP Bakery

Also when I tried activating this plugin from BeTheme Install Plugins area, I get a blank page.

Error Msg:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class WPBakeryShortCode, because the name is already in use in /home/apldvhwt75w1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/shortcodes/core/class-wpbakeryshortcode.php on line 866

Tried to upload a previous version and still no change

Please help me resolve this issue.

Is your WP up to date?

Is your BeTheme up to date?

Also, is your php version 7 or higher?

Hi

My WP is up to date, I have version 5.4 running.

My BeTheme is up to date as well.

My version of php on my ISP's server is 7.2.7

Would you be able to login and see what's going on?

I enabled only supported plugins and it works fine.

The problem is related to your third-party plugins.
