Woocommerce plugin installation

Hi

I try to install the Woocommerce plugin om my BeTheme website
and it results in the homepage crashing (critical error has occurred…) Anyone
have any tips?

I have checked all requirements for WooCommerce and made changes to the PHP version. It still doesn’t work…

I tried to deactivate all plugins, then installed wordpress successfully. When I activate woocommerce the site crashes again. None of the other plugins were activated when I activated woocommerce.

Any tips please?

The site crashes when I try to activate WooCommerce. All other plugins are deactivated. So it's just WooCommerce and Betheme.

I can install WooCommerce, but not activate the plugin without the site crashing.

Is there a problem with using Betheme and WooCommerce together?

No, there is no problem with that - BeTheme is compatible with WooCommerce.

Please tell me few things:

1) Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

2) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

3) What is an address of your website?

1) Yes WP 5.4.1 and BeTheme 21.7.1

2) Yes PHP version 7.3

Can you disable the cache software on your hosting settings?

I cannot even find the woocommerce plugin because after installing it, it does not appear in the plugins folder (cache issue)

So, the problem is not on the theme fault, because even if we changed the theme to default (twenty twenty), the error still appear.

Please try to reinstall the WP and if it won't help, you have to contact your hosting provider.

He should know what to do after looking at the logs
