You can by going to theme options>menu&action bar>action bar.
On the left side there are: slogan, phone mail etc
On the right side, there is by default the social menu. If you go to theme options>social and you insert links, the icons will show in that space. You can replace this social menu with another menu ( custom menu you create) if you go to wordpress>appaerance>menus>manage locations - replace the social menu top with your own menu. The same applies to the footer social menu.
