Photo sizes + Logo problem + Parallax question

Hi.

I have three questions. 

Photo sizes: 
On my homepage I´ve used the "Blog teaser" option in the page builder. I´ve now got three images showing, but I want them to be in line with each other. Right now it does not look good down in the right corner (as you can see on the screenshot). How can I fix this? I`ve tried the same image size on all three images, but that did not fix it. 


Logo problem:
Last night all my logos disappeared. They are in the media library, but are not showing on my homepage or in the BeTheme-settings. All I see now is this image:


Parallax question:
On my old website I had a parallax effect on the featured image in all my posts. The image was covering the whole top of the post. Is this possible in BeTheme? How?
