The menu jumps from english to the german site

Hi,

I am on the English contact site from https://www.schwepper.com/kontakt/?lang=en, when 
I click on the "Products and Services" menu above, I end up on the German homepage!

    That's because you linked to the main page which is german.
    You have to add the flag at the end "?lang=en"

    I have labeled the flag with "? lang = en" https://pasteboard.co/Jcqv3Y3.jpg and the menus with "? lang = en" and once without "? lang = en" https: // pasteboard. co / JcqvDAr.jpg. It doesn't work.

    I also noticed when I'm on the english site,
    the menu items do not work as on the german site.

    Some of the menus are PageRangers (one page). When I click on the "Products / Service" menu on the German site, the page jumps down to the article.

    If you click on the "Product and Services" menu on the English site, the site does not jump down, but to the German home page.

    unfortunately my customer installed an old backup,
    so that the English menu site is faulty again and the
    Extension "? Lang = en" is displayed.

  • I cannot get into your website, because the login credentials you sent are not working.
    Just go to the WPML settings, find this section with URL format, change that and resave the permalinks of wordpress.

    If you click on the "Products and Services" menu item on the English page, for example, the page jumps down as desired, but the menu above is no longer visible, that does not happen on the German sit.

    I am not sure whether it is related to the light blue stripe between the header and the menu, since this streak is not available on the German site either

  • It works fine when you disable all of the plugins, you have +80 plugins enabled.
    You have to disable one by one and check, which one is making that trouble.
