Hello,

1) To change the woocommerce images size please go to the customizer tool in wordpress and change it in the front-end.

2) There is no option like that in the default woocommerce, it will require to use really advanced css code or make some php script.

Titles of the portfolio cannot be shorter, it's not possible.

We provide only the limit of the excerpt of the portfolio items.
