Huge problem with Header and CSS

Hello,

After a theme update I got ALL of my header content deleted (I'm using the Betheme Header Builder) and some of my CSS styles are not working for some reason. 

I can see the styles in the Appearance > Customize > CSS tab but they are not working on the website.

Please provide me with a quick fix for this. The website's deadline for going live is today - I cannot delay it. The main problem is the header. Please reply ASAP

    Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
    Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

    Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Update:

    The Theme Update is pending once again.

    I'm scared to perform the update now.

    Please check the screenshot and tell me if there are any potential errors that can happen once again.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing two values:
    1) PHP Max Input Vars - it should be set to 5000
    2) PHP Time Limit - it should be set to 180s

    After that, it should work fine ;)

    Hi I was trying to add an exit popup to the footer.php section  of the JS code on my website.
    My header has now disappeared.
    PLease can you advise me what to do in this instance?

    Sorry, but we do not help with the theme/wordpress files customizations.
    So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact your web developer.

    Of course, if you want to add some JS code, please do that in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > JS
