  Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
  1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
  2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
  3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
  Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
  
  Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

  I have received one advice form muffigroup:

  " seems like you did not installed WooCommerce plugin before the demo import and because this pre-built website has shop page, it tries to upload media from WooCommerce. "

  Please increase global server values to min:
  

  - PHP Max Input vars to 5000

  - PHP Time limit to 180s

  
  

  Also, as the e-mail support mentioned, please check if you enabled all of the required plugins before installing the pre-built website

  Today i try again .. i have update themes to 21.7.6 and i have installed Woocommerce to the "end"

  with all data not only Woocommerce plugin and activate - i have put all data in woocomerce adress .. ect...

  
  

  and now it woks fine..
