Registering the theme under a new URL

Hi

I want to register the theme under a new URL, before we were working on a test server, now under the real URL....How do I do that? I deregistered the old URL, but now cannot register under new URL

That tool is made for deregsitering only, to register it get into the wordpress website with betheme installed and activate it through BeTheme > Dashboard

Yes it's activated on dashboard. So so need to link the license to an URL?

If it is activated in the dashboard, please click the deregister button. Then, activate it on the live domain.

If you are trying to log in to the licence manager, and you get this message:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/16e0o1jbV8QVPG2La6wKXCWCiLagWy1mC/view?usp=sharing

This means that your envato username and this license key does not match, try to figure out why that is the issue.

We are not able to deregister it at all.

If it's not activated on the dashboard on previous domain, you can register it successfully, if there is some error message, please send me a link.

As Bryan said,

This means that your envato username and this license key does not match, try to figure out why that is the issue - are you sure that you are using the username from the envato and you do not have any blank spaces?
