Hi. On the checkout page, the customer can apply several different
coupons at the same time. This makes it possible to get a total discount
of 90% percent, etc. How do I make it possible to use only one coupon?
So that the system removes the first coupon from the basket when using
the second coupon.

Hello,

this option is available in the woocommerce plugin, we do not controll or change its functionality. You would have to ask the plugin author or research the plugin forums for such in-depth answers.
