Hi!

Is it possible that your team had changed admin language from spanish to english?

After someone of your team acces to my page, now the site admin is in english. Also the woocommerce page... so please how could i recover all in spanish?

Yes the issue is that I have set as Spanish, but the admin still is in english

Check in the user settings, if your language is changed for your user:
