Drop Down Menu on Click

Good afternoon, thank you for all your help. Is there a way to make the drop-down sub-menu appear on click instead of hover? This client does NOT want a responsive site, I know unusual. But can we make it on click so that it will work on a mobile phone?

But on mobile, it's actually set to display on click, not on hover.

When I view it it can not be clicked on. The client actually does NOT want it to be responsive so he is not using the mobile menu.

We can even have it "on click" for all media if that makes it easier. So that it is always on click.

If this is not responsive, and the client does not want that (for whatever reason in 2020) then it will not work on mobile while hover or click. You would have to write additional JS to do that because it is default on hover.

The responsive version is created for mobiles and touch options.
