  I removed all folder from the old theme from my hosting and I still receive a message indicating I can not use the purchased code. Can you help me with this please?

  I try to instal the them in this administratot, but when I try to do that I receive a message that say I must to remove the purchase code from the last theme folder that I used it. I did that, include, I delete in my hosting the all folders.

  Sorry but we cannot access your admin dashboard so the link you provided will not do much.

  Answering your question about license codes. The license code you get with each purchase of the theme needs to be registered on one domain only. You cannot use the same license key on multiple domains ( this applies to all themes on themeforest).
