How to show chosen item in portfolio on single site?

I need to set in menu link to site with last item (or chosen category) in portfolio, but without necessary to click on featured image - just directly details.
Like this:

http://www.pasaz-swietokrzyski.pl/_new/archiwalne/dzien-dziecka-w-pasazu-swietokrzyskim/

How can I do it?

If you want to put link with portfolio category into menu all you need to do is go to Appearance > Menus section, click on "Screen options" button in right top corner, check "Portfolio categories" and after that on the left side you will get box with links to portfolio categories and you will be able to add them into menu.

Ok, thank you. But it resolve half of my problem.

I need to show content of last item but directly, like in my link:
http://www.pasaz-swietokrzyski.pl/_new/archiwalne/dzien-dziecka-w-pasazu-swietokrzyskim/

This what I created in Muffin Builder.

Can I use any shortcode or something other like e.g. [portfolio item id="last"] ?

Sorry but this is not possible unfortunately. We don`t have anything like that included and also we don`t know any workaround for that.
