slider parallax not fluently

The main slider I'm using on my landing page has some problems with displaying fluent parallax. Link: https://bit.ly/2CVrhxn

I've opened a discussion on this issue some time ago, where it was thought the problem was caused by the beaver builder plugin. Nevertheless as I now deactivated all plugins, nothing changed. I'm therefore assuming the plugin not to be the source of error.

    Hello,
    This is default behavior, because this is how the mouse-scroll works, try it on touchpad or some mobile device that it will scroll smoothly.

    The only workaround in this situation is to use the "Fixed" position instead.
