I did try. This comes with prebuilt design like share, background. Thats why I meant plain table as I have given.

How do I achieve this?

When you scroll down below, you will see the table. I dont get the inside border lines.

Please get rid the "border" css code from the column item and add this CSS code into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

	border:2px solid black !important;
}
