hi,

because of the latest ECJ (EuGH) judgement i need to know if the betheme stores/processes any kind of personal data of me or my website visitors?

if yes,

- what kind of data

- for what function

- how long are they stored

- where are the server located, data is stored/processed on (europe, usa or anywhere else)

BeTheme does not store any information other than wordpress do.

Hi,

where is the server you are using locted, europe or usa?

I'm asking because of the recently cancelled privacy shield agreement between europe and usa.

That means, if any of my data (or data of my website visitors) is collected or processed on a server based in the usa, i have to catch up agreement of my website visitors...

if you do not store or process any data on your servers, there is no worry.

Our server is stored in the European Union, and it's used only for downloading the plugins, updating.

The only thing we keep is information, where is the license key used (on which domain it's registered)
