Why does each question link to my email when you press it? (did I not format FAQ correctly?)

Also what is the "1" before each question? Is there a way to get rid of that?

    Hi,
    Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

    I did this, and I see there is lots of extra <div> tags. I tried making the FAQ again from scratch, but something keeps adding extra div tags in the builder. Any idea to rectify this?

    It's surely problem of that FAQ, you made a html mistake there for sure because on other pages the html code is fine.

    Please check, if you did not forget about closing bracket (>) or opening, closing quotation mark (")

    Yes, but I am only using the muffin builder for the FAQ and simply filling out the popup for the FAQ. filling out the title and content

    I figured out part of the issue, but what is the number, in this case the 1 that appears in each FAQ?

    This is because you are placing a new FAQ item for each question.
    Place all questions in one FAQ item and then the numbers will increase.
