I can't change the color of the menu button

That's right, it is hidden, I've tried to change the color in the theme options, without success.

The top bar is also not using the use color table on the sidebar, I had to insert an image.

Can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if it works with all of the plugins disabled?
