up to what version is betheme compatible, my hosting is currently 7.0 and I want to upgrade to a higher version.

Of course you can, BeTheme is supported to the 7.4 version of betheme.

For now you can stay with it.

If the php version will be unstable, you will surely get information from wordpress on dashboard that it could be source of the issue.

ARe the older versions of betheme, like 2-3 years ago still updated with the new php versions like 7.4?

I have old websites I made but I have not updated them.

This will lead to problems like those. Not updating the theme is a big issue.

TO make sure, please first make a copy of your website. Then update wordpress, the theme and all of your plugins.
