  • Hello,
Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and try to turn on the muffin header builder then.
    Thanks
  • No that don't work even if i flush cache, disable all plugin and active again after that.

I have this message when i go to header builder panel : "This plugin can not be activated because it requires at least BeTheme version 20.9.6.3. Please update your theme."

However, my licence is correct, no system error. And my actual version of BeTheme  is 21.7.5.

Could you help me to solve this issue please ?

    Thanks.

  • After switching your theme to the parent theme it works fine.
It looks like, the problem is somewhere in your modifications of the theme.

    thanks
  • Hello, OK. That the child theme which generated bug. That solve. Thanks.

Other question. I would like adapt header menu with language selected (polylang). I don't see this option on element of header builder (translate text, URL of button and logo). How can I do easily with your plugin ? Thanks for your answer.

    Best regards.

  • Sorry David,
But we do not support the Polylang plugin, so we do not know how this plugin works, so we cannot be the source of the information :(

But, Muffin Header Builder does not work (yet) with the WPML plugin which is fully supported by us, so I tink that polylang won't work in this case either.
    thanks

For Polylang and the Header Builder, you can use the same technical specifications used for the Footer Copyright field. Indeed, the Footer Copyright field is directly editable in the WordPress translation strings, BeTheme category, name footer-copy. That's right alseo for sticky-retina-logo-img.

    Best regards.
