I'm trying to utilize one of the prebuilt websites and I get the error:
"There has been a critical error on your website"

Hello,

Did you enable only required plugins? Please be sure that you do that.

Also, what is your WP and BeTheme version?

Hey Pablo,

I've done it multiple times with the required plugins. The WP version 5.4.2 and Betheme version 21.8.

I have the theme loaded but I can't pull in the pre-built websites which is the whole reason I purchase the themes.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Hey,

your hosting settings are too low for a big wordpress theme to work properly.

You need to always check your betheme dashboard - system status

You should be all in green.

I can see that your biggest problem would be the input vars value, which should be about 5000, not 1000 and the time limite should also be increased.

You would need to contact your hosting provider to change those values.
