Problems editing Blog

Hello support friends.
I have a problem creating the sidebar for my web pages blog; As you can see in the image I added the theme options as seen in the documentation and added them to the blog page. It turns out that no space is created to edit this sidebar or in widgets and it would help me a lot how I can make it work.

Also i used Loco translated plugin and the theme don´t let me edit the texts conten in inglish; do you now if i got uninstall some file?

1) Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

2) We do not support the Loco Translate plugin, so we do not know how it works

i fallowed the documentation guide to created the sidebar, but that don´t activated any widget or function.

I have one more problem, i edit the css styles to make the menu header width a perfect heigth, but in only one device, the Iphone X device the menu and logo looks chopped, you can check it on the added image, its really important to me fixed, but i can´t found the reason of that, only happend in some devices.

Please help me its really important to me.

1) Did you populate with content the sidebar?

Appearance > Widgets

The sidebar will not be displayed if you did not insert any content there.

2) Can you remove(cut) the whole CSS code you created?

We need to take a look at it without your modifications.

I asked you about populating the content in the sidebar.

I get into your website and the sidebar was empty (Appearance > Widgets), after inserting an widget there it worked as it should.

Hello support friends.

Thanks for the help.

The iphone issue its solve.

But have a problem with the sidebar, we just whant the sidebar shows on post pages for banners and publiciti, but now the sidebar shows in all the pages, now we can´t desactive the sidebar on each page, and now all the site have the sidebar, can we have a way to only shows the sidebar on posts pages, even on the blog page we don´t want it active.

Hello,

you can set this in theme options>sidebar

The sidebar for normal pages and posts is different, maybe you have chosen something in theme options.
