Hey,

there is no option inside the theme to do this.

I have tried to get as close as I can with this custom css, you ca try it:

.header-magazine #Top_bar .banner_wrapper img {
    max-height: unset !important;
}
.header-magazine #Top_bar .banner_wrapper { width:100% !important;}
