Muffin builder doesn't show up

Maybe a stupid question, but...

When I want to make a new page or post, the muffin builder is located on the right side under Settings / Post options (advanced panels?).

How can I fix this?

this must be a bug with the newest version of wordpress, we will fix this asap and release an update.
