I can't change a color in Betheme header builder

For some reason I can't change a background color in Betheme header builder. If I add a color code and save it returns to white every time. Also I cant adjust a transparency at all. Can you help us what we should do?

Hey,

please first update your Wordpress to 5.5 and make sure you update the theme and plugins as well.

This is very important.

You can also try to disable all other plugins and check again.

The newest version of wordpress has issues with color picker.

Hi,

I tried to reinstall Wordpress 5.5 and disabled all other plugins etc. Still doesnt work. The color picker issue is only with Header builder.

The color picker will be fixed in the next update of the header builder.

It should be released in following days.
