  Hello,

  yes I am here, sorry for the delay.

  How did you add the font? From your code I can see that its not added normally.

  You should only add it using the theme options, from theme options>fonts>family.

  I just changed All fonts to Roboto under Theme Options > Fonts. nothing added by me.. Its working properly on MacOs but not on windows PCs.

  Sorry, I didn't notice it, my bad.

  Can you disable all of the minify/cache plugins? The CSS code is now unreadable and I cannot inspect it in any way

  just siteground optimizer was working and i disabled it (and also purged cache)

  ok i think the problem is siteground optimizer's "Optimize Loading of Google Fonts" option, cos when i disabled it, problem solved. I will discuss this with siteground. Thanks for your help.
