Last Post before Listing Posts

Hi,

How can I hide the last post that appears before the posts listing? The option menu call a category, not a page.

did you setup "Blog" page in accordance to steps we described on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog?

Hi,

I not find anything different, put equal.It should be a theme option, but do not know which, as one of the standard themes does not show the last post before the list.
