There are no errors
it loads properly half the time, just never when the client is the one loading it.

site and server cache has also been cleared

Can you disable all of the minify/cache plugins, I need it to properly look at your source code of your website.

.. I don't have any minify, caching, image optimization or any other type of plugin that you are speaking of....

That's because you are using the "Equal Height of items in wraps" and "Equal Height of Wraps", please use one at the same time.
