Anchor Links & Active Menu Links

How do I control how active links are displayed in the navigation.

Currently I have 2 navigation items that show up in active color. One of the links is attached to an anchor id on the page.

What do you mean by 'control how active links are displayed', what exactly do you want to change?

The color, font size, font family?
