Muffin Builder not working

We are not able to click the edit button in the muffin builder sections, so our client is not able to change text. The theme options are also disappeared. Also we are not able to update Betheme, the message says: "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.". PHP Memory Limit, Time Limit and so on are high enough.

I already deregistered the theme with the http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ link, because i found out it was registered to the wrong domain from the client. But i am also not able to deregister the theme in the backend of the website because the button is not responding.Can you please help me with this?

Is it possible that you register the theme for me so i can maybe update the theme if i send you the code and domain?

I downgraded Wordpress to 4.6.2 and now the muffin builder works and i could fix the theme issue

Hello,

So, you deregistered the license key successfully?

Remember, that if you updated the plugins to their latest version, it could work badly somethimes, because most of them are WP 5.5 ready.

I can longer click on any of the elements in my page using muffin builder. I can no longer add, edit, or delete elements.

Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Also, please check if the Muffin Builder works, when all of the plugins are disabled.
