Update Plugins

Hello! I can't update the plugins because I'm getting error messages. The plugins interested in the update are Slider Revolution and WPBakery. Error message: The package cannot be installed. The package does not contain any files.

Everything is normal, but still I am having the problems described. Updates are not installed correctly.

What do you mean by 'not installed correctly' ?

Is there another error message, or what do you exactly see while instaling the update?
