Where can I configure the colors of TinyMCE Buttons?

One of the recent updates changed the colors of the TinyMCE editor buttons. See [Links visible only for registered users]

I'd like to configure the default colors for this editor, but I have no idea where to configure them in the Betheme 21.8.4. Any help is appreciated

Ok, I fixed it manually with

.mce-btn button {

background-color: #efefef;

}

input.button.button-small {

background-color: #f3f5f9;

color: #0071a1;

}
