Subheader Changes or Slider box color removal

I want all the subheader to behave like this https://strongmediainc.com/about-us/ the blue BG and image are aligned while in the other pages like this https://strongmediainc.com/edsa-ortigas-with-live-signage/ it's not aligned. Where can i fix it? Another workaround is how can i remove the white box border of slider, see https://strongmediainc.com/binondo-manila/

Hello,

Where, the problem is related to too big heading applied, I mean, in the "issued" page, there is wrapped text because its too long.

To fix that, please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader, change the background position to "Center Bottom" and attach padding to some value, with top padding applied.
