I changed the php max input vars to 10000 (see image below), however as soon as I increasing the php version to either 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4, the website works however I'm not able to login to the Wordpress backend as I see the following error message:
For now I have changed it back to PHP version 5.6.
You changed the "Max Input Time", not "Max Input Vars" value
Also, if you changed it in the php file by yourself, it won't work anyway, take a look at the phpinfo file and notice, that your "Max Input Time" did not change.
The problem with PHP is very odd, you surely should contact your hosting provider about that issue, because it looks like the problem related to the server configuration.
Also, your theme is way too old! - Please update it as soon as possible.
I have now updated the "Max Input Vars" value and updated the theme. The original issue with the tabs has now been resolved - thank you.
Unfortunately with updating / replacing the theme, the theme is now no longer registered and I have no idea what the original purchase code is as we have purchased this theme for quite a few websites and as such have quite a few codes. Is there a way of finding this out?
Well, provide one of the license keys and username of the account that you bought these licenses, and it will show you all of them, but it won't show you whole license keys, just beginning of it - but it will surely be enough to recognize it.
