How to change sticky header background color?

Here is the website - https://pr.vegas

As you can see I have a transparent header background. Upon scroll I would like that to change so the white nav links don't get lost.

What are the different ways I can achieve this?

I'm not using the BeTheme Header Builder by the way.

Hi,

Please use this CSS to change the color of sticky header.

It will be not possible with the theme options because your header type is "Transparent"

#Top_bar.is-sticky{
	background: red !important;
}

Paste it to the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
