How do I set content to appear side-by-side on mobile?

I've tried to find similar threads with no luck. I've tried so many variations within the muffin builder but am failing to find a way to take 2 pieces of content in a wrap (set to 1/2) and have them appear side-by-side on mobile instead of stacked.
