Bad Grid on Shop side

Hey there,

i am building a shop and if i chosse the 4 or 3 column grid, the columns are too small. it's like a 8 or 6 column grid. if i'm using a masonry grid, the columns are bigger and good. But i want to use a 4 column grid. Could you help me?

Hello,

Please disable all of the minify/cache/optimize plugins, and let me give a look then.

Right now, the css codes are unreadable, because of minifying.

The problem is on BeTheme side, we'll investigate it and provide a fix in next update.

For now, I created a CSS code for you, it's already in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

The CSS code we sent is only a temporary workaround to make it look better.

Remember to remove the CSS code I provided in Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS after the next update

I do not see that problem anymore, I removed all of the CSSes and it looks perfect, as it should.

Did you clear the cache of the browser?

Did you set the "Grid 4 col" for shop?

Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop

Also, is your shop page set in the woocommerce settings?

Remember, if you use Elementor item for shop, then it will use other settings than declared in the theme options.

But all of the archive pages are inheriting options from the 'main shop page' set in the woocommerce settings and it inherits the options from the theme options.

yes the settings are correct.

I'm only using templates from Elementor. The Layout of the Shop is determined by the theme. Unfortunately, i can't change the representation in Elementor.

The Elementor Pro has the option for modifying the category(archive) pages, and as I see you used that option.

I tried to find the option for extending it for grid 4, but sadly I couldn't find it - it looks like the elementor plugin is limited to the grid 3.

If you would like to extend it, you have to contact the Elementor Support Team, because we are not able to do anything with it, because it's not a theme related problem/question

As you can see, our theme is set to display "col 4" but then elementor is limiting woocommerce it to "col 3" earlier:

Sorry about the problem, we did not notice that the CSS fault is on our side.

But, to fix that we need an FTP access to that website, will you be able to send us them with admin access?
