We have checked your website and the problem is related with something else. DIV tag is not closed properly somewhere in the code and that's why this happen. You can see this on http://pasteboard.co/2MbJT7mL.png
Also we removed details to your FTP because this is public place and everyone see your details. We recommend to change FTP details because now everyone may got your access. Next time if you want to send any access, please use PRIVATE MESSAGE.
If you don't see anything, then you should contact with your website developer because html bugs you got are not related with theme at all. This is something what you did on your side.
If the screenshot we sent previously does not say anything, we recommend to open website in html code (CTRL+U in Firefox) and see how many errors you got. But if this is still not enough, we recommend to contact with website developer.
This is not what is causing the gap in the menu. These things are in forms in the lower area of the page.
I appreciate that you want a developer to look at this, but I can't help but think this is in the theme.
This looks like some setting, it is as if the navigation is not completely going to the next item. If you click on Challenge twice then it scrolls properly. Could you please help me my taking a look at what I am saying?
We do not talk about W3C Markup. We talk about the html code where you got many mistakes. As we mentioned before, please open your website in html version and check where the errors are.
If you think, this is a theme, we recommend to open one of our demo's code and compare to your website. http://pasteboard.co/nkod1Ke.png - have you seen similar mistakes on our demos? Sorry but we don't think so.
Is there someone else I can talk with. I checked for HTML errors. I believe this is a setting issue and I believe you could help me with it, but may not be willing or able to.
Sorry but we can't help in this case because problem is not related with theme. You should contact with developer who is responsible for your website. As we wrote before, this is something what was done on page side. And if you don't see what is wrong there, it's bad. Also it's not the only issue you got on website. There is some other errors as well. That's example only.

this does not work as should because you modified header height. If you will send us access to your FTP, then we'll be able to help.
Thanks!
