if you visit drgrateful.com and go to the services page on mobile, the (image + text) should be alternate but that is not the case, so could you please help me regarding that to setup a proper mobile view.

One more thing, why is this page represented differently [Links visible only for registered users], compared to the rest of the menu items ( I do not want to see home-- > FAQs), so how do I change that ?

I'm not too sure how to add questions n answers after I added the faq shortcode

On the home page (drgrateful.com), how do I increase the size of the logo ?

I would also want the slider background to be plain white, rather than textured with slight blue, so how do I do that ?

How do I remove the favicon ?

If you look at the other pages on the site, the content starts a bit lower, but in [Links visible only for registered users] it starts above, how do I bring this parity with the rest of the pages.

Hello,

1) The Muffin Builder content is rendered from Left to Right and it cannot be changed on mobile

What we can suggest is to build the section for mobile only, using Responsive Visibility in the section's settings.

2) You can disable breadcrumbs in the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader

3) To increase your logo size, please head to the Theme Options > Global > Logo

[Links visible only for registered users]

4) The background of the slider is a header background color, you will find it in Theme Options > Colors > Header

5) You can change your favicon in the Theme Options > Global > General, on the bottom of the page.

It's labaled as a "Icon" section.

6) Turn on the "Remove Content Padding" on these pages, you can find it while editing the page.

Hi,

1. I'm still not sure about how to go about building the section just for mobile.

2. I did disable breadcrumbs, but I still see this [Links visible only for registered users] and I don't know from where to add questions ?

3. Even after enabling and disabling the padding I still see the content the way it was.

4. I wanted to change the background to plain white on each of the pages, such that the logo fuses into the backgound, but after trying out different combinations its still the same.

In essence I want each of the pages look be very similar in look and feel, kindly help me get there.

1) What is the problematic thing?

Just create a section for mobile only, and then hide it for other devices in settings of the section (pencil icon on green section) - you have to select hidden device for all sections.

2) What do you mean by questions?

Can you explain it greater?

3,4) Can you send us a link to the page where this appear?

1. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure whether I looking at the wrong place but I checked in theme options as well as the services page where I intend to make the change, but I could not find the responisve visilbility option. If you can share a more clearer path on how to reach there, then that would be helpful.

This is what it is [Links visible only for registered users] and this is what I would like to see [Links visible only for registered users]. In terms of spacing, layout etc.

In this case [Links visible only for registered users] the logo stands out in a square, so can I just make the entire background white (behind the logo), so that logo fuses with the backgound.

1) Ok sure, no problem.

a) Edit the page where issue with your content appear

b) Scroll to the section of the Muffin Builder where you want to display on mobile only.

c) Get into the section settings: [Links visible only for registered users]

d) Scroll down and you will see that dropdown: [Links visible only for registered users]

2) Are you using items or shortcode?

If you are using items, then you can do that in that item settings:

[Links visible only for registered users]

3) These are two different layouts, you have to build two 1/2 wraps inside the section and in one insert the image item, and in other column item to provide some text.

4) You are using header transparent, so it does not have any background color and height, it's simply overlaping.

To change that, please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header, there you can select another header, like "Classic" for example.

Then, to change color, head to the Theme Options > Colors > Header and change the "Top Bar Left" background color.

As I see, you do not know how to exactly use the BeTheme, please be familiar with this documentation, it will enlight you everything about betheme basics

Hi,

I just want the image and the text alternate on mobile ( I do not want to completely hide it ) as shown in the responsive visibility options, [Links visible only for registered users] please help me with the exact option to do that.

Sadly, there is no option to do that with the Muffin Builder

As I know, there is possibility to do that with the Elementor plugin.
